ECA-313 HARDENER FOR EPOXIES ECA-313 is an accelerated aliphatic amine, generally used at elevated temperatures, (160 deg. - 190 deg. F.) for heated, compression molded, laminated products. Rapid cures are obtained at these temperatures and the low viscosity of ECA-313 is very beneficial for wetting out glass cloth in wet lay-ups. ECA-313 has been used in the manufacture of wakeboards, skateboards, water-skis, and snowboards, to give high tensile and flexural strengths with excellent chip resistance. PHYSICAL STATE: Low viscosity Clear Liquid PROPERTIES: Viscosity @ 77 deg. F. 180 to 300 centipoise Density @ 77 deg. F. 8.6 lbs/gallon Color (APHA) less than 300 MIX RATIO: 20 parts per 100 parts of liquid epoxy, having epoxy equivalent of 180 to 190 i.e. EHV-0050. HANDLING PROPERTIES: Pot Life (150g @ 77 deg.
