DUROMETER RANGE :      A56 - A65 SHORE

ADHESION TO METAL :     GOOD TO EXCELLENT

CURE TIME AND TEMPERATURE: This formulation gives rapid cure and temperatures are set anywhere between 350 deg. F and 450 deg. F. Time is established by the end-user and can vary depending on the type of heat source and thickness of layer - but is usually between 4 and 15 minutes.

USAGE:

Typically is used for bonding/sealing Air-Filter Canisters. Plastisol is poured into Bottom End Plate while being heated on a hot plate (for example). Paper element is immersed at one end into the plastisol and the plate is left on the heat source until cured. The other  End Plate is then filled with plastisol and the paper element immersed at the other end. Second Plate is then left on the heat source until cured.
