PSM 911 HV Peelable Solder Mask Description: PSM 911 HV is a temporary, peelable solder mask without ammonia. It is formulated of a semi-thixotropic, PVC plastisol and is designed to withstand fluxing, wave soldering, and cleaning operations. Applications: PSM 911 HV protects PC boards, plated through-holes, contacts, pins, posts, terminals, and gold fingers during wave soldering. Unique Benefits: *Nonflammable *Ozone safe, CFC/HCFC free *No Ammonia *Non-corrosive to copper, gold, and silver *Easily peeled off Directions: PSM 911 HV peelable solder mask is designed for screen-printing, utilizing a polyester monofilament mesh of 50-60. For best printing utilize an A60-A70 durometer squeegee. If required, thinning of the solder mask can be carried out using 1or 2% Reducer # 4. Curing/Removal Curing is accomplished by the application of heat. Bring panels up to 350 degrees F and hold for 5 minutes.
